DESCRIPTION

Turn the Alln1 SuperBlend into a tropical get away with these easy and delicious ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut water (or fruit juice)

1 scoop of Alln1 SuperBlend

Optional: Add protein powder, chia seeds, or ground flax seed

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Prep time: 2 minutes

Total time: 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS

8 oz cold water* (or split into 4oz water & 4oz orange juice)

6 ice cubes*

1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder (we used dotFIT WheySmooth Vanilla)

½  - 1 scoop of Alln1 SuperBlend  (You can choose to take 1 full serving or split the daily recommendation into 2-doses)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy or shake vigorously in a shaker bottle.

A fun twist on the classic overnight oats recipe, you can add Alln1 SuperBlend to the mix for that great nutritional boost

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop of Alln1 SuperBlend

½ cup old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup low-fat yogurt (Greek or Icelandic)

2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

¼ cup diced pineapple

1 kiwi, peeled and diced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix Alln1 SuperBlend, oats, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds. Divide into 2 half pint mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Divide the fruit in half and add to each mason jar.

There’s nothing quite like fruit and chocolate. For this recipe, we’re combining Alln1 SuperBlend’s natural fruity flavor with chocolate protein powder for a delectable dessert or healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup low-fat yogurt (Greek or Icelandic)

1 scoop Alln1 SuperBlend

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons milk (non-dairy substitutes also work)

3 tablespoons maple syrup (more or less to taste)

Optional whipped cream and fresh fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk together until completely smooth

2. Taste and adjust for desired flavor/consistency. Add more milk to thin out pudding or more powder to thicken pudding.

3. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for 1 hour

4. Garnish with whipped cream and fruit if desired

12oz cold water*

6oz orange juice*

8 ice cubes*

½  - 1 scoop of Alln1 SuperBlend  (You can choose to take 1 full serving or split the daily recommendation into 2-doses, which also helps to consume more fluids)

1 serving of aminos in your favorite complementing flavor (we used dotFIT AminoFormula Lemonade)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients together in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously. Start consumption 5-10min before activity and continue throughout the time of the activity

DESCRIPTION

Your favorite breakfast pancakes with an orange flavor twist

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tbs sugar

¼ tsp salt

1 egg

1 cup milk (water or milk substitute of choice)

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 pinch of cinnamon

½ - 1 scoop of Alln1 SuperBlend

INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and Alln1 powder in a large bowl.

2.    In another bowl, beat the egg and then whisk in the milk, vanilla, and melted oil.

3.    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. If the batter seems too thick, add more milk, a little at a time.

4.    Spray/Add non-stick to a large pan or griddle over medium heat.

5.    Ladle about ¾ cup of the batter onto the skillet to make a pancake.

6.    Cook until bubbles break the surface of the pancake and the underside is golden brown, about 3 minutes.

7.    Flip the pancake and cook for about 1 minute more on the second side. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.

8.    Repeat until all the batter is used up.

9.    Serve with your favorite toppings: butter, syrup, fruit, or any other topping you desire.
